Limo Service Cancellation Policy

At Limo Guy Transportation, we understand that plans sometimes change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair to our customers while allowing us to provide reliable, scheduled transportation services.

Reservation Cancellations

  • Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time will receive a full refund.
  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled pickup time may be subject to a 50% cancellation fee.
  • Cancellations made within 12 hours of pickup time or no-shows will be charged the full reservation amount.

Airport Transportation

For airport pickups, we monitor your incoming flights. If your flight is delayed by the airline, your reservation will be adjusted accordingly and no cancellation fees will apply due to flight delays.

No-Show Policy

A reservation is considered a no-show if the passenger:

  • Does not appear at the pickup location within 15 minutes of the scheduled time
  • Cannot be reached by phone or text

In this case, the full trip amount may be charged.

Reservation Changes

Requests to change pickup time or location should be made at least 12 hours in advance and are subject to vehicle and schedule availability.

Severe Weather or Emergency

In case of severe weather, road closures, or emergency situations, we work with customers to reschedule the trip whenever possible without penalty.

Because transportation time is reserved specifically for each customer, last-minute cancellations may prevent us from accepting other bookings.
